Didn't feel like going to the gym after having a week off, but went anyway cause I want to keep working on my muscle tone :) Another hot day here.
Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Chest - Shoulders - Biceps - Abs-
15 min. cardio (eliptical trainer) warm up

-(BB) Incline Bench Press (4 sets; 45-75lbs;12-6 reps)
-Seated Machine Flys (4 sets; 25-50lbs; 12-8 reps)
-(DB) Bent Over Lateral Raises (4 sets; 8-15lbs; 12-6 reps)
-Arnold Presses (4 sets; 10-20lbs; 12-6 reps)
-Single Arm Cable Curls (3 sets per arm; 20-30lbs; 12-6 reps)
-(BB) Reverse Curls (4 sets; 20-40lbs **NEW PR**; 12-6 reps)
-Machine Crunches (4 sets; 60-90lbs; 12-6 reps)
