Back to basics!

I am finally cracking down on my health.  I start my workout program on Monday.  I need to get back to the basics and into getting fit as I was years ago. I need all the motivation I can get because starting something has never been my strong point. I do like having a routine and structured life. All advice is appreciated and will be considered.

    Hi GingerRue, I am in the same boat as you. I use to be a dancer and athlete but now I need the motivation to keep going. I can start a workout program but sticking with it is my down fall. Maybe we can motivate each other. Best wishes to you!
