Back In The Game

I've lost 40 lbs now and kept it off for 2 years!!  I am stuck here, as cardio alone can only take me so far.  However, I have come a long way!  Finally gotten back into regular soccer, completed multiple 5k's, the Susan G Komen 3-Day (60 miles), a 10k, and next Sunday, my first half marathon.  I've encountered a bunch of injuries along the way too.  The SGK 3-Day left me with a serious knee injury that will impede my half marathon performance, but I am determined to finish.  So, to combat future injuries and to aid in the recovery of my current injuries, it's time to get back into weight conditioning.  Plus I hope to add yoga classes as well.  But first things first, half marathon followed by rest and ice! :)
