We finally moved back to Texas, for Good hopefully. But if not at least for 2 years, lol.
I walked Sandy the other day I walked 30 minutes or more at her pace and jogged some in between. I do not know who was more tired me or her, lol.
Yesterday I went and walked around Wal-mart with the kids. Took them to McDonalds. I munched off of Matthew. lol
Today I really feel like doing lunges, my mom has a huge back yard and it is cool.

Here is the Story. I fugured out why I had been so depressed the past year. When Dusty got stationed at Fort Hood, he took me from my mom and anything familar. We went out and my mom was able to watch the kids. Well in Knox I was scared to leave the kids with Dusty because he yells to much and I did not want to expose them to that, especially while I was gone. So I got depressed and never went anywhere unitl the very end, but by that time Dusty and I were having probs. Well I left him in Nov and was gone two months bc he was getting station at Fort Lewis, and we were going to try to work things out. NOT! it did not happen. I was more depressed and I again did not leave home. I did work out in between but we end up arguing and I would get off track. Well I am in Texas again and He is in Washington awaiting his flight to Germany. We are together but in seperate locations so maybe I can get back on track and start feeling less depressed, because I am closer to family and I do not have to worry that the kids are unhappy.
So I am back and happy and ready to lose more weight. YEAH!!!
