Well, I have no excuse to offer for not doing anything over the last few weeks. I finished a show that ran for a couple of weeks, slept afterwards for what felt like not long enough, and got my diet together finally. I'm back at it...starting over again.

Warm Up On Tradmill

Machine Shoulder Presses: 15X65 12X70 10X75 8X80
Standing Lateral DB Raises: 14X10 10X12.5 6X15 5X15
Front DB Raises: 14X10 10X12.5 6X15 6X15

Crunches: 15X25 15X30
Leg Raises: 2 sets of 15
Seated Twists: 2 sets of 15

25 minutes on treadmill with Alpine Pass pgm 3.8 mph 12.5% grade
