Back, Biceps and football day

Today was my back and biceps in the morning. In the evening I played 5-a-Side football for 26min.

Back
Lat Pull Down 12/30,10/40,8/50,6/55 Kg
Machine Low row 12/30, 10/40, 8/50, 6/60 Kg
DB Bent over row 12/14, 10/16, 8/18, 6/20 Kg

Biceps
DB Curl 12/8, 10/9, 8/10, 6/12 Kg
BB Curl 12/30, 10/40, 8/50, 5/60 Lbs (Failed on last rep)
Concentration Curl 12/7, 10/8, 8/9, 6/10 Kg (Failed on last two sets on left arm, did 5 on last but one and 4 on the last)

26min 5-a-side football in the evening very fast and very stop start.

Today was a good day i think im really going to feel it tomorrow as the lats are already aching.
