Back At It With Leg & Ab Day

Well, it was an unforgettable weekend. Sorry, sarcasm doesn't translate well to the written arena. The weekend was a complete bust. I worked Saturday, spent most of Sunday running around insane, had a horrible arguement with my sister who lives in Houston, TX, and got to bed late due to rehearsal. Ahh...I cherish being an adult! Anyhow, I did get back to the gym. This was after tossing out every bit of "junk" food in the house. Here's the lowdown:

Treadmill warm up

DB Lunges: 15X12 20X12 8X25 5X25
Leg Press: 180X12 270X12 320X10 360X8

Crunches: 25X15 30X15
Leg Raises: 15 11
Seated Twists: 15 15

25 Minutes HIIT on elliptical. This kicks my a$$ so hard. I was a real sweat wad when I left the gym. That, coupled with the wobbly legs made me think I had done some good.
