Okay, so due to my total exhaustion from my life in general, I haven't made it to the gym for two days. No matter, I went today. It was shoulders and abs and it went well.
5 Mintues Warm Up on Treadmill at 4mph
DB Overhead Press 15X20 12X20 8X25 6X25
DB Front Raise 15X12 12X12 10X15 8X15
1 Arm DB Side
Raise 11X10 8X12 6X12 5X15
Standing Shrugs 15X150 12X160 10X160 8X170
Balance Ball
Sit Ups 25X0 15X10
Floor Crunches
Knees In 15 15
20 Minutes HIIT on eliptical
Okay, those 1 Arm DB Side Laterals were killer. I really felt the muscles work today. Ugh. Off to bed now.
