Back and forearms/abs

Really hard time at the gym today. Didn't get my usual sleep, so I wasn't able to do my usual cardio.
5 min warm up
4 sets underhand cable rows
4 sets seated cable rows
3 sets machine assisted wide grip chins
3 sets dbell wrist curls
2 sets machine crunches
2 sets leg raises
5 minute cool down
Not so cold today was -12 and calling for freezing rain and rain and go to +7 then drop back to -25. Where's my skates?
