10 minute usual warm up

4sets Machine lateral Rows
4 sets Seated Cable rows
3 sets close grip Chins (Struggled through the last set)
3 sets behind the back bbell wrist curls
2 sets declined crunches with 25lb bbell
2 sets leg raises
10 min cardio cool down.
