usual 10 min warm up on the ellipticle.
4 sets seated cable rows
4 sets machine lat rows
3 sets Underhand grip Machine pulldowns
3 sets seated reverse db wrist curls
2 sets decline crunches with weight
2 sets Hanging Machine leg raises
10 more min on the ellipticle

Actually felt the back muscles really good today.
