Can never get a good back workout. Here is how it went

4 sets underhand cable rows
4 sets machine lat rows
3 sets close grip chins
3 sets seated bball wrist curls
2 sets lying front kicks
2 sets ab crunch with the roller

30 min on the e machine 313 cal
