4 sets underhand cable rows
4 sets seated cable rows
3 sets underhand grip machine pulldowns
3 sets behind the back bb curls
2 sets bent over twists
2 sets oblique crunch on the Hyperextension platform
25 min on the e machine

My glutes were sore from yesterday! Hard to get up from sitting!
