Back and Abs Day

I waited a little too long to get to the gym tonight. It's always tempting when I come home to feed the animals to just plop down on the sofa and watch "The Simpsons." That's what I did last night. It was one with Rainer Wolfcastle. I always laugh at that character, especially when he tries to comfort his daughter. ("This is the part in my movies where I go beserk," and "Let my muscles hug you." Just classic stuff.) After that I headed out and it went a little like this:

Warm up 5 minutes on treadmill at 4 mph
Abs class with a roomfull of women (boy am I lucky!) And boy was it tough. Then...
Pull Downs to Front: 15X100 11X110 8X110 6X120
Seated Rows: 15X90 9X100 8X100 5X110
Hyper Extensions (no weight): 2 sets of 15 2 sets of 12

I didn't do any cardio tonight. I was kind of wiped out and just went home, sipping my little shake to watch a movie before bed.
