.. back and abs ..

>my rest day, but i managed to do a bit of extra physical activity.. walked to uni and back twice, so that a total of 40minutes walking.. nothing much but is better than sitting on the couch the whole day :)..

>exam at 11.15am.. was done by 12.15pm.. not too happy with the paper :s
headed straight to the gym after.. today, back and abs.
>warm-up: 5mins on the rower
>seated machine row: 12/32kg 12/34kg 2/10/36kg
>ball dumbbell pullover: 12/4kg 2/10/5kg
>crunches: 3/15
>leg raises: 3/15
-i sort of wasnt doing these properly towards the end.. i started to feel a bit of strain at my back.. and i think i was using my hip flexors a bit too much cuz i felt it there more than i did at my abs :s
>medball twists: 3/15/5kg
>cardio: 25mins on the eliptical machine
-did the calorie burner option, it had the hills so i could do the HIIT and wow!! i was huffing and puffing like crrraazzyy.. my heart rate actually reached its upper-end training zone!! the 25mins felt like forever and the last two minutes felt even longer than forever.. hahaha.. but it was soo worth it.. :)
after lunch and some rest, i went $$$window shopping$$$ :D targeting some stuff to buy my sisters and brother for when i go home during the semester break.. cant wait to go home..
