Wednesday night I sat on the couch and fell asleep. This bout of insomnia is really getting to me. Slept okay last night. Hopefully this will go away soon.

Warm Up 4mph 2% grade

Wide Grip Pulldowns: 100X12 110X12 120X10 130X5
1 Arm DB Rows: 27.5X12 30X12 35X10 40X8
Seated Twists: 3 sets of 15
Leg Raises: 2 sets of 15 1 set of 12
Crunches: 10X15 15X15 25X15

25 Minutes treadmill "Trailblazer" program. 3.8 mph 9% max grade
