Unlike last night, I felt great at this workout. Perhaps I was all excited to get home for a "Brand New 'Alias'" and Jennifer Garner. Anyhow, my back felt really pumped afterwards.
Warm Up on Treamill 4mph 3% grade 5 minutes
Machine Pulldowns: 110X12 120X12 130X10 140X8
Seated Cable Rows: 90X12 100X12 110X8 110X6
Twisting Crunches: 3 sets of 15
Vertical Bench Crunches: 3 sets of 15 (finally!)
Lying Side Leg Raises: 3 sets of 15
25 minutes on Treadmill: Trailblazer program 3.8 mph 11% grade
