Well, the place was much less crowded last night. I even went earlier. I need to start dragging my a$$ out of bed in the morning and going then. Here's what went on:

Warm Up on Treadmill

Underhand Grip Machine Pulldowns: 100X12 110X12 120X10 130X8
One Arm DB Row: 30X12 35X12 40X10 45X8

Twisting Crunches: 2 Sets of 15
Vertical Bench Crunches: 1 Set of 15 1 Set of 13
Lying Side Leg Raises: 2 Sets of 15

25 Minutes on Treadmill Alpine Trail 10.5% Grade 3.8 MPH.

On a side note, I feel better but don't think I'm working as hard as I could. I'm resting 1:15 between sets and 2:00 between exercises. I may cut that to 1:00 and 1:30 just to up the intensity.
