Awesome, awesome workout day!!!
First of all *Thank you* to all of you for kicking my butt into gear :)I had the most excellent work out today. I didn't think about going to the gym today, I just went. As soon as I put on my MP3 player and started the music, a massive flow of energy overcame me. It was awesome, I was screaming inside my head "Oh yeah, I'm back, look at me go". Here is the scary part: Cardio was FUN today LOL. Here is what I did (big smile)
40 min. cardio (elliptical trainer)
15 min. cardio
2 min. warm up
12 min. steady, moderate/high intensity
1 min. cool off
abdominal & oblique stretching
-Machine Crunches (5 sets; 40-80lbs; 16 reps)
-(DB) Oblique Lifts (3 sets per side; 20lbs; 15 reps)
-Stability Ball Crunches (2 sets; BW; 16 reps)
(very short rest-time inbetween sets)
25 min. cardio (elliptical trainer)
2 min. warm up
20 min. crosstraining course (high intensity)
3 min. cool off
followed by and ending with total body stretching....
.....Ahhhhhhhh
I missed working out :) If I can keep this attitude going I'll be set:)
