.. aussie aussie aussie!!! oi oi oi!!! ...
early this morning, australia and crotia drew 2-2.. congratulations australia for getting into the next round in the fifa worldcup!!.. its been 32years since the socceroos (australia's soccer team) been qualified for the worldcup and the last time they did, they didn't get to qualify to the next stage.. hehe.. so it's a big deal for us here and everyone is still sooo celebrating..
but celebrations aside, today is chest and calves day..
>warm-up: 20mins walk to the gym
>smith machine incline press: 10/5kg 12/2.5kg 2/10/3.75kg
-i only did 10reps on my first set instead of 12, with 5kgs on each side. i remember one of the trainers saying that the smith machine bar was 20kgs, or was it 10kgs?.. but all this time i've dismissed it cuz it's never felt that heavy when i do my squats.. which was y i was so confident and put 5kgs on each side, but ended up not finishing the 12 reps..
-i'v recorded the additional amount of weight i used instead of the total actual weight cuz im not sure how much the bar weighs..
>push-ups: 12reps, 10 reps, 15reps (on knees)
>calf raises: 2/12/10kg 2/10/10kg
-felt like a goof trying to balance on the edge of the stair hugging a 10kg weight to my chest.. hehe..
-i didnt feel much of the fatigue-ness in my calves, if anything i think i felt it more at my bum :s ..
>added some ab work.
>decided not to do cardio, i somehow didnt think i should since i never seem to reach the targeted amount of nutrients.. i'm sorta scared i'd burn too much calories cuz i dont want it to end up using my proteins..
my triceps are still feeling sorta sore.. the good kinda of sore :D im happy..
til saturday..
>p.s: note to self, chek how much smith machine bar weighs!
