Today is ash weds so did not eat breakfest prior to workout.

Barbell Incline Bench Presses 12x65,6x105,5x115,4x115
Barbell Flat Bench Presses 12x65,6x105,5x115,8x115
Dumbbell Incline Presses 12x30,9x50,6x55,5x55
Machine Tricep Extentions 12x30, 12x90, 7x90, 8x70
Dumbbell Kickbacks 12x20, 12x30, 12x30, 9x40
Hanging Leg Raises 7x0,6x0
Lying Front Kicks 12x0, 10x0

Good workout today. Improved on my presses. Felt some shoulder discomfort/pain during my kickbacks. Worked through it. Even though fasting drank post workout shake as one of my 2 meals.
