I'm on a 4 day a week schedule. Well I shrugged off Tuesdays workout. Then I went to lunch with some Bros on Wednesday and killed that days workout. At lunch yesterday i was asked by a friend if I wanted to work the door at his club he is openning. So, needless to say I'm stoked. But it means I need to start Really hitting the weights. So today I hit the gym at lunch and did Tueswday and Wednesdays work out. In between sets I did Stair Calf raises (100 or so). I'll hit the elliptical tonight when I'm home and then hit the gym before work tomorrow.

I normally dont work out on the weekends but I have tons of yard work to do so that will be quite a workout in itself.
