It's always surprising when I realize something I knew all along. That if I go to the gym and get this stuff done, I feel much better than if I sit around. It does lessen the depression. That, and Carolina winning today put me in a good mood. Here's what happened...
Warm Up on Treadmill 6 min 4 mph 3.5% grade
Tri Cable Pushdowns W/Rope: 50X12 60X12 70X10 80X7
DB Kickbacks: 17.5X12 20X12 22.5X10 25X8
BB Preacher Curls: 35X12 45X8 50X4 50X4
Standing BB 21s 30X19 30X18
Crunches: 25X15 30X15
Lying Leg Lifts: 2 sets of 15
Seated Twists: 2 sets of 15
25 minutes on the treadmill with the Alpine Pass Pgm at 3.8mph and a 12.5% grade.
I'm going to have to start the gym in the mornings. I am in a play at night now, well rehearsal anyway...and it's too hard to do the gym and rehearsal in the same evening. Ugh, back up at 5am. Not too good when things wrap up at 11pm.
