Okay, now I have finally figured out what people mean by the "mind/muscle connection." It seems a lot like how I tell people about theatre: I have no idea how I do it, I just know I can. I feel really in whatever groove when I'm in the gym now, and I am enjoying it.
Here we go:
Warm Up on Treadmill 4mph 2.5% grade
Close Grip Press: 65X12 105X12 125X8 125X6
DB Kickbacks: 15X12 17.5X12 20X10 25X7
Standing DB Curls: 20X12 22.5X12 25X8 27.5X4
Preacher Bench Curls: 35X8 35X8 45X6 45X4
Twisting Crunches: 2 sets of 15
Vertical Bench Crunch: 2 sets of 15
Lying Leg Lifts: 2 sets of 15
25 minutes treadmill "Alpine Pass" 3.8 mph 11% grade
