What a fine weekend. Friday night and Saturday snow and ice. But all gone yesterday. This meant I got to sleep most all day Saturday. Naps are great. I hadn't been able to slow down and have a weekend like this in months. Back to the gym yesterday, along with most everyone else, it seemed. I also picked up one of those portable CD players so I can listen to REM or something else while I work out. Here goes:
Warm up 5 minutes 4 mph 3% grade on treadmill
Tri Cable Pushdowns: 50X12 60X12 70X10 70X8
DB Kickbacks 20X12 22.5X12 22.5X10 25X8
Standing Barbell Curl: 40X12 40X12 50X9 60X4
Standing DB Hammer Curl: 15X12 15X12 17.5X9 20X7
Twisting Crunch: 3 sets of 15
Verticle Bench Crunch: 3 sets of 15
Lying Side Leg raises: 3 sets of 15
