Another great workout :)

I really like doing the (SS), are there any benefits to doing them? Other then I get done with my workout sooner and I like the way they make me feel. I only took 5 sec. breaks during my (SS) today. I feel great :)

Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Legs - Calves - Abs-

8 min. cardio (stationary bike) 2 min. warm up, 4 min. HIIT (20 sec. high intensity intervals; 10 sec. moderate intensity intervals) 2 min. cool off.

-(SS) Leg Extensions (3 sets; 30-60 lbs; 12-8 reps, 10 sec. hold on last rep) alternating with Seated Hamstring Curls (3 sets; 50-80 lbs; 12-8 reps)
-(DB) Lunges (3 sets; 20-30 lbs; 15-10 reps)
-(SS) Inner Thigh Machine (3 sets; 80-110 lbs; 12-8 reps, 10 sec. hold on last rep) alternating with Outer Thigh Machine (3 sets; 70-100 lbs; 12-8 reps, 5 sec. hold on last rep)
-(DB) Single Leg Calf Raises (3 sets per leg; 20 lbs; 12-10 reps)
-(DB) Oblique Lifts (3 sets; 20-30 lbs; 12-8 reps)
-Seated Leg Tucks (3 sets; BW; 20 reps)
