Another great day!

I had a really good workout today! Skiped the cardio at the end again. Next week I will start a new workout routine, I'll be doing weights Monday/Wednesday/Friday and HIIT on Tuesday & Thursday. I've been really good and have not weight myself since Sunday, tomorrow I will step on the scale for my weekly weight check. I'm not gonna hold my breath, but it sure would be nice to see a drop in lbs.

Todays target muscle groups
-abdominals - triceps - biceps - glutes - thighs-

10 min. cardio (eliptical trainer) warm up

abdominals, triceps, biceps, glutes & thighs stretching

-Ball Single Arm Tricep Extension (4 sets; 10-15lbs; 12-10 reps)
-Reverse Grip Triceps Cable Pushdowns (2 sets; 10-20lbs; 12 reps) The reverse grip really hurt my hands so I stoped
-Triceps Cable Pushdowns (2 sets; 30lbs; 10 reps)
-Lying Dumbbell Curls (4 sets; 8-15 lbs; 12-10 reps)
-Concentration Curls (4 sets; 10-20lbs; 12-10 reps)
-Obliques (3 sets; 15-25lbs; 25 reps)
-Leg Raises (3 sets; 25-20 reps)
-Crunches (3 sets; 25 reps)
-Lunges (3 sets; 16 reps)

total body stretching 10 min.
