Another beautiful day!
Sunshine and 72F, hardly anybody was at the gym today, only some of the hardcore people. Hey I guess that makes me one of them :)I had a good workout today, didn't really want to stop, but the weather was so beautiful I had to go enjoy some of it.
Target Muscle Groups:
-chest & triceps-
10 min. cardio (rowing) warm up
target muscle stretching
-Barbell Incline Bench Presses (4 sets; (bar only =45lbs)- 60lbs; 10-6 reps) *not sure if my form was perfect, I felt it in my chest *and shoulders*, it felt good though.
-Flat Bench Dumbbell Fly (3 sets; 10-15lbs per arm; 10-6 reps)
-Decline Dumbbell Fly (3 sets; 10-15lbs per arm; 10-6 reps) *this exercise was difficult, I couldn't keep my back flat on the bench
-Standing Overhead Cable Extensions (4 sets; 40-70lbs; 12-6 reps)
-Tricep Cable Pushdowns (4 sets; 40-70lbs; 12-6 reps) I tried to do the reverse once, but they were hurting my wrists
