Amusingly bad workout

Chest, delts and tris today. Couldn't really be arsed but managed to dredge up some motivation, not sure I should've bothered though, with the benefit of hindsight!

Dumbell incline presses: 5.25 x 12 ; 8.25x12 ; 8.25x10 ; 8.25x10 no major problems here....

Push-ups: 8 ; 8 ; 7 not too bad considering I always did these on my knees before today

incline bench lat raise: 12x0.5 ; 12x1.25 ; 10x1.5 ; 10x2

seated lat raise: 12x0.5 ; 12x1.25 ; 10x1.5 ; 10x2

decline bench tri extn: 12x2 ; 12x3.75 ; 10x3.75 ; 10x3.75

this is where things went wrong

dips behind the back: 6 ; 5 - went down for 6th dip, triceps gave out on me and I landed on my arse! ; 5 ; 4 can't believe it happened again! went for 5th dip- on the floor again! I am so glad I workout at home!

twisting crunches: 10 ; 10

incline bench crunches: 10 ; 5 - the only things crunching at the end of this set were my lumbar vertebrae - ow!

Next time I can't be bothered to do a workout I'm going to give in and have a day off!
