Almost time

Tomorrow is the first day I'll begin actually starting on this workout.. I'm slightly nervous but extremely pumped at the same time. I'll be doing the At Home workout because I don't have access to a gym. If anyone has previously done this workout, please tell me if it Is a good one or not. I looked over it and it seems a bit too easy. It seems like most of it is just stretching and very little strength training.

    If you find it is too easy for your fitness level, bump it up to intermediate or advanced! Remember it will start slow and build as you get further in
