Machine Lat Row 12x90,12x110,8x110,9x110
Seated Dumbbell Presses 12x35,9x40,7x40,6x40
Standing Lateral Raises 12x12.5,12x15,10x15,8x15
got to the gym late due to traffic today will move biceps to weds. currently at 250.6 pounds. .7 pounds to go to reach 75 pounds!
