Well, things seem to be going well. I just started the 5th week of this after a long layoff. It was an excellent workout. I felt just great afterwards, and I'm not used to feeling that way. Here goes:
Warm up on treadmill
Bench: 95X12 105X10 105X8 115X6 95X12 (couldn't get near this a month ago)
DB Press: 25X9
DB Shoulder Press: 20X12 22.5X10 22.5X8 25X6 20X10
DB Side Raise: 12.5X6 (really felt all these)
Close Grip Pull Downs: 100X12 110X10 110X8 120X6 100X9
DB Pullovers: 30X10
Seated DB Overhead Ext: 25X12 27.5X10 30X8 35X6 25X12
Tri Press Downs: 60X9
BBell Curls: 40X12 50X10 50X7 60X4 40X9
Seated DB Curls 15X4
I hope I can feel this good everyday. I'm getting stronger and losing fat. Almost ready for new pants. Whoo-hoo...
