About to begin day 3!

I am about to leave for the gym in about 10 minutes...and I'm pumped! I haven't felt this good in a long time!. Last week, I started taking Super B complex vitamins, to get my energy level up before I began my workout plan. I plan on taking NO DAYS off from working out, because that will lead to disaster and another failed attempt at losing weight. I am alternating cardio with an elliptical one day, and the treadmill the next. Every day, I've been devoting 50 minutes to working out. I've found that there is ALWAYS time to work out, there just might not be motivation. For me, I just have to look down at my stomach, and know I am not happy with the way it looks. Just five years ago, I was in the best shape of my life: 115 lbs, and size 2/4 (depending on the style)! Now, I'm 190 and a size 12 :(....something needs to change!
