A month has passed already!

To start off: I have not been able to stay at 4 work outs a week. The stress of the PhD is to high and I simply have other priorities sometimes.  I do feel guilty not keeping up with my yoga regiment as much anymore, there is no time when doing work out too. 

That being said, I still manage to go at least twice a week and it is starting to pay off!! My clothes fit better, I feel less tired and I am starting to feel down if I haven't worked out in a few days, which makes me really want to go. And the best part: my injury seems to keep stable now. The pain does not radiate down my leggs anymore and all I can feel is some anoying pressure -like pain located in a back muscle and my SI-joint on the right side. The left  side is completely pain free!! All great motivations to keep at it.

I did have a week I did not feel good, fat and too tired. Thank god my partner and friends are all rooting for me. Support is a blessing and to all of you whom need a little, just send me a message. It really helped me get me of the couch and work out, only if it was for 45 minutes.

I will go to the giropractor this week again too get another adjustment and after that it is a two week holliday! Hopefully I will be refreshed when I get back! :D.
