A long way to go

I have added my own stretches in between exercises in my workout plan to meet my needs. I have fibromyalgia, and my goal is the improve my physical strength and flexibility. I am also hoping to gain the added advantage of feeling more energized throughout my day. The exercises feel good, and my workout time is becoming my special 'me' time in the morning.
