A great day to work out outside!
A friend of mine gave me a free stair climber a few days ago. There used to be a time where I absolutely hated those, cause I couldn't stay on it for more than 3 min. Because the weather was perfect today, I decided to work out at home and outside. Dragging that stair climber outside was a workout in itself :) My puppies enjoyed the company and playtime. I was only able to do a few exercises today, but it took me a long time since I had to throw the ball between sets and change plates on my dumbbells. All in all a good workout I think.
Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Legs - Glutes - Calfs-
10 min. cardio (Stair Climber) warm up. I barely made it, wasn't sure if I was gonna live after 5 min. LOL. Those things are sooo tuff.

-DB Walking Lunges (4 sets; 10-20lbs; 16 reps per leg = total of 64 lunges)my knee started hurting a little with the 20lbs, it's fine now.
-DB Deadlifts (5 sets; 28-58lbs; 12-6 reps)
-DB Squats (4 sets; 20-58lbs; 12-6 reps)
-DB Single Leg Calf Raises (4 sets per leg; 19-34lbs; 10-6 reps)
