Flat bench dumbell fly: 4x12 ; 6.5x10 ; 6.5x10
Inclined bench lateral raise: 1.25x12 ; 2.5x12 ; 2.5x10 ; 2.5x10
Seated lateral raise: 1.25x12 ; 2.5x11 ; 2.5x9 ; 2.5x10
Lying triceps extension: 1.25x12 ; 2.5x12 ; 3.25x10 ; 4x11
Single arm overhead triceps extensions: 2.5x12 ; 4x12 ; 4x10 ; 4x10
crunches: 10 ; 2.5x10
incline bench crunches 10 ; 10
