94 Days: Here we go again!

94 Days until I compete again with the IDFA as a 'Novice Tall Fitness Model', this time I'm gunning for first place :)

I competed on July 27th 2012 with about 8 weeks of training and dieting. I started at a weight of around 134lbs and competed at about 117lbs and a pretty sweet set of abs. I took home 4th place in my category (out of 6) and learned a lot about what I would do differently should I compete again. By the time I got home (after some well deserved Cottage Pie and chocolate covered everything) I found I had 'the bug' and wanted to compete again with more serious training.

So here I am after one week of 'I've earned it' and 'one cupcake won't hurt'  and not following a meal plan and I'm feeling like I'm right back at the beginning. This sucks hard and is extremely demotivating. I've written this week off and am trying not to worry about it too much. If I made such great changes in 8 weeks, then 13 weeks should be even easier, right? Only if I get my ass (back) in gear right now. This blog is to help me track my progress and to be accountable for what I'm eating and how I'm training. Tomorrow I will update my profile. Tonight I will train.
Good to be back on the site!
