Switched lifting routine to full body.
Did full body workout.
.1 mile incrementals
05 min warmup = 0.33 miles
60 min run = 7.35 miles *
05 min cooldn = 0.29 miles
-------------------------------------------
70 mins = 7.97 miles
* 6 sets of 7.0 -> 7.6 -> 7.1
