Wed & Thurs.  Work, Work, and more work!  Got up yesterday AM at 5 to do a workout before heading into office, but didnt quite make it downstairs to the gym.  Did some core stuff last night (planks and bicycle-twist crunches).  Today nada.  Gonna use it as a total rest day which means tomorrow it's a total dumbell routine and cardio.  Feel somewhat guilty for two days off of the cardio this early in my conquest but life happens sometimes right?  Important thing is to get back on the bike and pedal!  Nutrition wise I havent done too well either.  I havent eaten badly, I just havent eaten.  I bet I had less than 1000 kcal each of the last two days, a habit that I do not want to start because it will lead me to binging & over eating as well as sap my energy to workout which will put me back to where I was before I made the change!  I will regain my momentum.  I will get to where I need to be.
