Subtle progress. I have been getting on the scale frequently this past week just because my dead weight has been like a soap opera. I have been fluctuating all over the place like crazy - between 148 and 152 in the mornings. Just so happened, this morning I was at the low-point, so take that for what you will, although I did feel thinner this morning.
I am in a mini-taper right now. I have been trying to eat a tad more because of the race Sunday.
Friday (another off day) I will load on complex carbs and get some extra sleep. Saturday, I will eat moderately on the complex carbs.
BTW - I have been doing the AI stretches for about 2 weeks now. It takes about 20 minutes, and I have been doing them afterwards RELIGIOUSLY. I have noticeably increased the range of my flexibility (unbelievable really) AND my soreness that I have become accustomed to over the past four months (and accepted) has all but gone away.
