Pretty concise workout - thankfully which I had to make up for my stupidness of forgetting my book on Monday:

Bent Over Dumbbell Rows: 10x45,10x45,9x50,8x50
Hyperextensions: 10,10,9(+25),8(+25)
Close Grip Chins: 10,9,6 (couldn't quite make it to 8)
Machine Calf Raises: 10x135,10x160,10x165,10x170
Bent Knee Lying Side Leg Raises: 15,15,15
Leg Raises: 15,15,15
Twisting Crunches: 15,15,15
