Tuesday- Cardio, Cardio, Cardio...spinnervals today for 30 mins.  Good workout!  Need to improve my recovery time.  No weights today, will do some core and stretching tonight.  Have a yoga DVD I used to do at night, but I am avoiding it, I used to think yoga looked "easy" until I tried that DVD...maybe this weekend.  Nutrition wise I am doing good:  wheat mini bagel w/ low fat veggie crm cheese for breakfast, cottage cheese with fresh strawberries, almonds and a tad of crushed 100% cacao (gotta get my chocolate fix!) for snack and lunch is 2 hard boiled eggs over garden salad.  I got to admit..I miss my globs of honey mustard dressing, maybe I'll experiment with a healthier homemade version, feel free to share a recipe if you have it!  OK, enough chatter...now back to work (grrr!)
