5-18-2005 (Weigh Day)

I am showing a lot of symptoms of overtraining and quite frankly, feeling like shite. I'm taking today off.

Today is weigh Day

Interesting results. I actually measured my waist this morning at 29 inches (inch less than last time), but that would make my BF 8.8% which is way too unreasonable - so I went with 29.75 instead. 10.6% feels more right.

Nonetheless, I have gained 2 dead weight pounds. I believe that. According to the formulas, it is a gain in muscle and I still lost fat. I believe that as well.

This isn't an exact science, I know. Overall, I feel alright about this weeks progress - I know it is for the better.
