5-14-2005 (Chest/Arms : CARDIO -&gt; Max. Intervals)

I have been pretty low as of late. Sick and all. I had taken NyQuil the past two nights and I think it took a toll and finally hit me Sat. morning.

I did my FT workout. Started out good, but by the time I got to my 3rd exercise, I was hurting. In fact, my weights really sucked. I couldn't believe it - I wasn't slacking - I just couldn't lift as much.

After slugging my way through my ABS exercises, which felt like an eternity, I got to the treadmill for max. intervals.

My legs tightened up right away and I was short of breath right away. Not even 10 minutes into it, the back of my throat really started to hurt, and I decided to call it quits when I hit the 5k mark. I only did 5 of my 6 intervals. :(
