***4 WEEK program Progress Report***

My diet is much better now, but I'm not sure if it's good enough for optimum fat loss. Unless I eat the same foods every day I can't make the same #'s each day, so right now I take in:..........1800-2000 calories.....150-200g of protein.....200-300g of carbs.....27-45g fat. With these # I lost only 1lbs last week :( I'm sooo hung up on the way I lost pounds back on WW, I'd go back on it, but I'm worried I'd lose the lean muscle mass I've been working for so hard. It's so difficult to let go, somehow inchloss doesn't give me the same satisfaction yet.

4 week program progress:

Total Inches Lost: 5.25" in 4 weeks
