4 Days in

Ok so this is my fourth day on my mission to trim the fat!  I am still feeling pretty good but I am facing a few challenges:

My diet is quite good.  I have been eating clean and watchiong my portion size.  However, I find it most difficult at dinner time when the others in the house eat what ever they like and I have to try to organise a seperate meal for myself.  I am also so busy in the afternoons and nights with trying to get some exercise that i am often not organised for dinner.  This is a catch 22 really.   Anyway.  So I am trying to find a better way.  I think I need to be more prepared int he mornings before i go to work but that might require getting up earlier....

Speaking of sleep...I find that I am really tired.  I have been trying to plan my workouts so that I do some weights and resistance in the morning and cardio in the afternoons.  This is really hard to scedule.  I end up awake at 5.00am to do my weights, then I have 1 1/2 hours to get myself ready for work and my daughter ready for school.  I rush out the door at 7.30am to ride to school/work with my daughter,  work until approx 5pm and ride home.  I go for a run until 6.30 then it's time to get dinner out, get my daughter ready for bed...... and then I collapse in a heap!  Last night I was so tired that I didn't even make it to bed- I fell asleep on the couch.  I know this is the same for all mothers but...

Please tell me it will get easier as my body adjusts!!!!!

I'm going to keep on keeping on though.  Im not giving up!

Good on you for being so dedicated. I always admire mothers who find time to excercise. I find it hard enough to make myself excercise and I only have myself to focus on. Obviously not being a mother means I can only hypothosiese. But i know when I've gotten on track that those first days to a week are the hardest as your body is ajusting. hang in there. I hypothosise it'll become easier good luck. :)
