Woke 13 year old daughter up at 8am on a Saturday to take her with me. Wasn't sure she was going to be able to roll out of bed, but she did. When we started to do leg extensions, she got over her resentment and made fun of me the whole time there. It was fun dad-daughter time, but I'm gonna have to wait a while before pulling that again - gotta keep her on her feet!
