Increased speed of intervals by .1 mph and decreased interval time to 1:30 (from 1:45). I hoped that this would still yield the same or greater distance, but I fell .01 miles short - :( - thats with going at 9.5 at the last max interval too) I'll increase the time of the interval.

I was pretty tired, I must admit. Getting to that gasping for air point at the end - not comfortable. I would like to get my minute mile down under 8 mins - this run (without cooldown) averaged about 8:30.
