Pretty good workout. While doing leg stuff, it didn't feel that hard or bad. Later, when I was doing ABs my legs would hardly move - guess that means they got some work afterall.
In cardio, I broke a major barrier I have had my sights on - the 10 minute mile. That's probably pathetic for most people, huh? Anyway - I ran intervals and got 3 miles in under 30 mins - did it in 29:50. I'll be watching to get this down to 29 minutes next. :)
